Our capability is such that we are able to design and manufacture bespoke autoclaves ranging from between 300 to 6000 litres capacity. ESTS (GB) Ltd. autoclaves are available to suit a wide range of applications including:- multi-purpose laboratory autoclaves, porous load sterilizers, pharmaceutical sterilizers, and high security autoclaves for containment levels 3 & 4 (CL3 / CL4)

All autoclaves are designed, manufactured and installed in accordance with the requirements of internationally recognised standards including BS EN 285, BS3970, BS2646 and PD5500.

In addition all autoclaves and pressure vessels are independently certified as compliant with the Pressure Equipment Regulations (European Directive 97/23/EC) and CE marked accordingly.

Validation is carried out by qualified Test Persons (Sterilizers) and tailored to suit the client’s requirements.

A typical problem encountered with older autoclaves, is that in many instances, where a manufacturer has opted to supply their own bespoke control system, they are often unable or unwilling to support outdated and obsolete components.  To aid long term support for the equipment, ESTS (GB) Ltd. aims to use only proprietary components throughout the manufacture of both the autoclave and the control system.
